There is no mention of Platform X in the press article - which is not surprising as:
- Platform X never had any AI, was never within a million miles of anything AI
- Platform X was just a small number of use-once client-specific scripts
- Platform X development was discontinued in last years spending cuts, now its in maintenance mode and still running only on handful of legacy accounts
AI and its different guises
From my own reading of the limited literature, I’d say the following:
First, that artificial intelligence can be broadly defined as technology which replicates human behaviours and abilities conventionally seen as ‘intelligent’.
