That’s from 2021 , Last year I got a 3.5% increase and it was like a slap in the face after 6 years. Never ever did I receive a merit pay increase that low in my 50 years in IT. I quit after that !
If the thread didn’t matter why do DXC HR report it so it gets pulled down within minutes or hours. Yeah of course it doesn’t matter.
Last thing!! PDXC and any other BS they have isn’t Onshore centric. Proves the genius IT heads in India know fu-k all about designing products for the marketplace, but where is the money all going. Yeah no sh-t Sherlock.
Well if I need to articulate my point I guess DXC onshore definitely does need help.
If Onshore isn’t in the business plan what are they still doing here?!
Onshore staff are funded by the clients at 500-1500 a day sterling and 30% more in NA.
Not ONE person you are ever likely to meet makes even close to that a day in NA or UKI.
We are all remote workers on skeleton staff, where is the money going?

Wake up and smell the coffee (or Vodka). You guys use one Gallon of Gas in a pickup truck to buy coffee every morning for one person. Those days are over. IT industry is showing you that.
