Crazy question I know , but in all this “restructuring “ , did they decide not to pay out bonuses for 2022 ? Typically they are paid out at the end of June and granted my bonus is usually only a couple of hundred bucks , but still !!!!

Year end is now June instead of March and when it was March it was June so October is likely right.
I’m not eligible but heard they’ll be paid out around October

You can't fault JRC/Ivory Tower on this one or conspiracy theory it. This was clearly communicated at this time last year.
Bonuses are awarded at the end of the first quarter of the fiscal year. New fiscal year end, new bonus awarded date. It was like this last year too.

I am hoping that because they pushed back the fiscal year, the bonus (and raises??) were pushed back as well. That would put us in Sept / Oct.
I’d look into it, but they removed the bonus tile. 🙄 Maybe soon there’ll be a “Scorecard” tile…
