Everyone's noticed that the entire focus of leadership has shifted to cuts. They actually just manage the fall and nothing else. I wonder how much longer will the company be in this slump? Is there anyone optimistic enough to think that things will get better at some point, before the company is completely ruined?

My guess is you’ve put your playbook down and inadvertently picked up the previous Mikey’s playbook.
C'mon gang, hang in there for a few more quarters and I'm sure we'll see the results of my 'proven playbook' really kick us up a gear.
Absolutely dire, just been in more meetings and been told by Managers that we need to cut.
You just have this sinking feeling everyday you turn in that's all the focus, there's no need to think of progressing the systems, the job, or customers.
It's just all cuts cuts cuts and more how we can cut.
The managers are not capable of running the company and the lower managers are just yes people who can't think or say otherwise, that's the analysis of this company.
This lmanagement has to change, they have run of runway and ideas, so much so they don't communicate now as they have no growth ideas.
Mike Salvino is nowhere to be found Internally, there's no way the external customers will find him.
His on that Caribbean island sipping the Malibu. Shareholders and employees you can keep on dreaming.
