What isn’t outsourced to India now? The call centers are Indian, they’re having Indians doing the engineering, this is ridiculous. Let’s take American tax payer dollars to build fiber to everyone but give half of that money to India to do the planning and support. What a joke Tony Thomas and this company is. It’s anti-American.

Have no choice (at this time) since I am in a rural area but to stay with Windstream. However, as soon as is earthly possible-I will go. The reason outsourcing works so well is that the customer services reps do not understand us-and we do not understand them so no service is done. This will not last forever, Windstream.

What a sad state this company is in. I'm 20 years plus with this company. I have attempted to provide the best customer service to our customers since day one.
Since support has been sent off shore it has even gotten worse. I get calls daily
from our customers who finally get to me at their wits end because no one in customer
CARE.... what a oxymoron, can not or will not put a trouble ticket in. Our techs who in my honest opinion are the best at taking care of the customers are getting these frustrated customers daily who are done. Some have aoption to go to another provider, some unfortunately dont have options. This has never been just a job for me. I have put everything into my career and have loved what I do. I could probably just put it in cruise contol and stop caring but I am not made that way. Integrity and work ethic and
pride in what you do is what I am all about. It pains me to see what remaining customers we have left suffer through this companies bad decisions that we see over and over. At this point I am so ashamed to wear a company logo shirt out into public because of a bad name. The management is either completley in denial if they actually believe all the lies that they spread. Hey Tony stop blowing smoke up my a-s. Kind of tickles in the beginning but soon starts to burn. My only hope is that I get a RIF and severnce soon. Getting very hard to put my game face on every day and try to keep going. I do what I do for the CUSTOMER.... You have not learned that lesson. Kind of out of touch with reality with them 5 million dollor bonuses.. With that said the cost of health care, inflation and just surviving for most is difficult at best. If you really do care about the direction of the company take some of the bonus money and give back to the company and raises for some that have not seen a decent cost of living raise in years. Embaresed by what we have become... Shameful. RANT OVER... GOOD DAY.

And their work is beyond horrible. It took forever to clean up their work on the web and they brought them back on. Vulnerabilities galore! No idea how to run a website. Why they are kept on, blows my mind. It’s a lawsuit waiting to happen.

Outsourcing like that is incredibly short sighted. Can't pay the contractors if you lose all your customers.

It's funny accounting, they got rid of the guy who was great at troubleshooting the fiber ont voice issues and replaced him with these Nexxio contractors.

They should to be able to do the job but clearly the exodus of customers of a platform that can no longer be troubleshot by the tac and noc groups. I don't blame them, why pay money for a product that doesn't reliably work.
