Anyone know if NatGen employees will be impacted by these 3 rounds of layoffs?

No one is safe! No one!! Allstate will cut NatGen soon. Look at the current stock price. What ever that can be cut to try and increase profit, will be cut. Soon the sinking blue ship will be sold….
I was laid off from Allstate 2020. I then decided to go back to Insurance. I was nervous, NG is an allstate company. I asked about the layoffs with Allstate and how it would affect us, they are sending people from Allstate to NG. Got two on my team. In my dept, they just hired 42 TL Adjusters. I am not saying we are safe. Anything can happen. But NG is growing and they are hiring like heck across the board. Good thing is, I am ready this time. Lot of money saved. I can sit at home four years and be fine. So it is what it is. NG is a mess how they slang those claims tho.
I worked in leadership for Nat Gen for 6 months after working for Esurance for 5 years. Was easily the worst 6 months of my life…
Being laid off from there would be a godsend…
Dejan Vu all over again
Remember when the Esurance folks thought they were "special" and that Allstate wouldn't turn their company into a dumpster fire?
That contract condition expired at the start of 2023. We are just as likely to be let go as Allstate employees.
NatGen employees were already told none of them are leaving, this was part of the agreement Allstate made. They’re arrogant because they know they’re safe. The only people being let go are Allstate employees. Watch and see if you don’t believe me, not a single NatGen employee will be let go.
Nat gen is the armpit of the insurance industry. Anyone who works in insurance knows it.
I personally could care less what happens to NatGen either way. Our area worked with them when they first came in and talk about a bunch of arrogant f××ks. They came in like they were going to rule the roost. Their demeanor is a prime example of what is wrong with Allstate. If they are gone I smile. If they stay I relish in their presence show why Allstate is what it is now.
Hey Nat Gen employee…send me that we are safe post in 6-12 months. Same thinking Northern Ireland used to have.
When is anyone on this board going to realize, you are all expendable.
NatGen will eventually go to sht...everything Allstate touches eventually goes to sht.

Laugh all you want bud, the Nat Gen employees will laugh even more at the end of the gutting.
Nat Gen employees are safe, thanks for the laugh
Id--t, Nat Gen is profitable unlike the dying legacy tu-d business
Tom and team are curious how high the Nat Gen policies can drive the combined ratio
All NatGen employees are safe, only Allstate employees are being let go.
The magic dust that NatGen's HR department sprinkled on you when you were hired will protect you
