Yep, not to mention the vast number of managers with less than 6 reports. How they got away with avoiding the last RIF is beyond comprehension.
There is still a lot of expensive organizational fat that can be trimmed. Go examine HR, Legal, Finance. These organizations are very top heavy. These organizations have not resized to align with revenue drops.
