Or just ERC?

If it was up the EC, we'd be ramping up to 6 day weeks in 2024, followed by 8 days a week starting in 2025 (with apologies to the Beatles).
In many areas it’s already expected to come in three and it’s being monitored
Hybrid is 2-3 days in office not 4. They are crazy. What happens when kids have games for middle school/high school? Or any school event? My job is NOT more important than being there for my children. We are being forced to be in the office and have over hour commute going to work and another hour leaving. I hope they are flexible with things like this. What happened to work /life balance?
“Another way to think about this is that you have until January to get a new job”
This is my preferred way of thinking about situations like these. I can disagree with the company, but I still have to do my best to do something about it or grin and bear it until I can do something about it. Good advice…
If you are NMC and live within 60 miles of a USAA Campus, you'll be working 3 days in office starting Sept 5th and 4 days in office starting Jan 2nd unless you submit an RTO exception request and it's approved. The employee has to submit the request but your Director and EMG will need to approve it, so you need to talk to your Director/EMG before submitting the form in OneSource.
and yes, Directors have a dashboard that shows when you swipe in and swipe out and starting in Sept, coming in less than the 3 days will be considered a performance issue.
Another way to think about this is that you have until January to get a new job - they’ll most likely be very strict with the bonus requirements.
It’s already getting stressful with more and more work piled on that requires more than 8 hours a day, and with commuting, that’s even longer.
Well, they can pi-s right off thinking MC will go back. Many have been work from home on a permanent basis for years.
Everyone that isn't member contact will be 4 days a week effective January 1. They will work on getting MC there next year.

Seems crazy to me, if I happen to not go in one day it will impact myperformance review VS someone who is fully remote. I can't say I have much incentive to want to stay at this place anymore unfortunately.
Everyone will be 4 days in office beginning in January.
