Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

Wello: Lipstick on a p!g

Has IHA learned nothing from WF's futile rebranding attempt? Reworking a name or logo doesn't magically erase incompetence.

Both IHA and wello are centers of mediocrity, not excellence. Every set of files delivered this past week had numerous, blatant errors.

Worst of all, their entire team blissfully takes no accountability. They have absolutely no pride in their work and don't care if they fail partners miserably.

The amount of rework is staggering and wastes so much time and money. Get new mgt team that knows how to run a REAL creative agency!

Most of those posers are ad agency rejects. They couldn’t cut it with the real talent. That’s why they’re at Wells Fargo.

Meanwhile they brag that they are protected from layoffs because no outside agency can compete with the value they bring. Because they are SMEs.

But they are not. They simply rely on the LOB to correct their mistakes and make up for their ignorance, and go blithely on in their arrogance.

Because they know their clients HAVE to use them.

Wish we could use outside creative agencies for everything. Much better quality, more responsive and better experience overall.

Meanwhile back at IHA … terrible work, not delivered to SLA and the thing they spent their time on was… a stupid, stupid name.

The quality of the work doesn’t matter. Only su-king up to the ECD matters.

I don't know how these people get raises, much less bonuses. The poor quality that exudes from IHA/wello would result in termination at any outside agency.

Their attitude is p!§§ poor, too. So that means mgt is to blame as well.

How much time and money was wasted on wello? Such an embarrassment.

That team needs an ęnémą.

Wait just a minute. You are forgetting, or are unaware of, the clever and brilliant “Lead the Well life “ recruitment campaign that greets users of our ATMs. (No, I did not leave off the s. Our brilliant marketers did). How could anyone NOT want to begin a career at the institution that came up with that brilliant strategy?
