Someone posted that most major organizations cut costs and cut corners. That is likely true, but no other part of the site is as active as this one. I have never seen a company where leader ship followed, anonymous sites, and actually tried to figure out who is posting and try to call out people by name. There is a concerted amount of effort in CLT to figure out who is posting and particularly who is bashing Johnny boy.
This is next level toxic. Nobody deserves to work in an environment like this one. Maybe VK will fix it, maybe not. My advice is do what I did, and run as fast as you can. Nowhere is perfect and every job has challenges but Honeywell actually has some really talented and good people. They don’t deserve what they’re put through. The dynamic is like an abusive relationship and the fact that they send their cronies here to monitor and try to figure out who’s posting and start asking people if it’s them, is over the line. The market is improving and I would encourage anyone who has more than five or 10 years left work, to start putting out their CV and find a job somewhere not as toxic. The sociopaths who are making money they couldn’t get anywhere else will continue to lie cheat, steal backstab, defame, slander, and sabotage anyone that threatens their free money. Think about it, who else would be d-mb enough to make a guy with a personality of a scorpion, their chief commercial officer? That is just one example. It is the most glaring example lately, but just one of many.
