In leadership, we currently do not have much info on what will count as protected time off. FBi, Covid, bereavement are all protected but we can’t get a straight answer as to the question about flu. Lol. It’s going to be slim stores this holiday season if everyone get fired because they were out for five days with the flu.

Can anyone tell us if the TL's will be able to change the schedules to favor the favorites as they do with the points system or will they be forced to treat all tm's equally.

Our produce dept. "trainer" thinks its more important to harrass a tm right after she clocked out for the day(on her own time and the start of her vacation) about a video on cornerstone thats due in 2 months. Instead what this "trainer" should be doing is informing tms about the new changes starting August 21st.

Starts 8/21.

All tm’s going to have a certain number of hours and any absences, lates will deduct from that total. FT start with 32 and cap at 60.

They have been working on making all regions operate with the same policies. Attendance rules will be the same company wide, most likely adopting California's policies. An ATL told me about the date.

OP, can you provide context for your question? Seems super random. I haven’t heard or seen any changes to the GIG time & attendance policy.
