If you look at private equity companies over the past few decades, like KKR, they buy companies, strip them, and maintain them as profitable revenue streams with minimal investment in growth or employees.

reminds me of this one guy years and years ago who was buying up breweries and doing the same thing. Buy them, change to using the cheapest ingredients to maximize profits and then sp-t out the shell when sales crater. Narragansett, Falstaff, Schlitz were among those who were chewed up this way. At one point Schlitz and Falstaff were the biggest in the US.

He thinks he can away with what he’s done. He better hope that oracle will pay him off to leave it will cost him $3-$400,000 to get a defense attorney then he’ll be paying restitution for all that he has paid the last 5 years because he lied about being an inventor on those patents. He also be charged for racketeering which cost and another 500k. He’s is deep trouble oracle can use this story for higher stock price. He’s toast.

He should be prosecuted individually. Oracle had nothing to do with what he did. Oracle. Will not be hurt. What he did was of his own choice. He actually cheated Oracle and the orginal inventor. Oracle can only gain if he gets busted. Their stock will go up even more.
He’s a POS

Oracle is heading for trouble if they don’t change their business plan. and cleanup their corrupt mid level mgmt. The plan is to change the spots and build loyal customer relationships. Because they are a little late. the only way to do is to prosecute those that lie & cheat Oracle.

That are being notified of the proof that we have on an individual and two others. They need to spin this news into a positive quickly and stock price will sky rocket.

If you look at private equity companies over the past few decades, like KKR, they buy companies, strip them, and maintain them as profitable revenue streams with minimal investment in growth or employees. If you view Oracle as such a company, you understand that employees are not treated as regular software industry staff: they aren't given raises, or free food, or bonuses, or stocks, phones or trash cans. Replacement staff to be hired in the lowest cost alternative available. The only benefit for long-term employment is if you desire minimal demands on output or time, and are able to cope with static pay for the rest of your career. This explain the sl--t toward so many older employees inside the company. It's no place to grow your career.

It's oracle way of treating hard working employees. Once joined they are stuck with the same position and salary for even 10 years. Across various orgs and teams noticed same pattern. Don't expect anything to change as long as some drastic changes at the top levels.
