Oh it goes beyond PIPs. You can be sure that when performance reviews come around the number of employees that will be allowed to fall in the top ratings will be greatly constrained.
Yes the PIP percentage rumor. I need a bit harder evidence of this happening than just a rumor here on this site. But I wouldn't put it past them.
With everything these turds are up to, this would not be surprising.
