I’d like to see Fidelity continue to be an innovator and create the next generation workplace. They did extremely well handling the Covid era. Let’s continue and create a new working environment that talented people are drawn to.
Offer various things that people want. Want to spend time in the office, then do so. Want to work remote while you raise your family, then do so. Want to work for awhile at a foreign office, then do so. Fidelity needs to leap frog what other companies are doing and this is the best time to do so. It’s a win/win for everyone. Time to be a leader and not a follower.
