FLD is the one laughing. He has made bank while the company has declined since taking the helm. Shareholder value is down, yet he remains in charge of his goons that fire employees that made the company. Get out before the walls crumble.
Business exists to make profits for investors. Spreading BS about the "human first" role of business and the "unique culture" is like treating employees like kids. Stop doing it, FLD. Don't you see that people laugh at you? On the flip side, don't be an employee that believes in the company's "human mission". It will hurt you when one day you get an email saying your services are no longer required.
