Layoffs began in ANI on Wednesday with some peoples appointments scheduled next week. Strong rumours that October is going to be much worse with 12k being laid off globally and more again Q1 2024. Good luck all 😞

If cuts in India we get life credit towards the state pantry and hence on the government job placement registry.
No surprises here. This company is moving to a predominately vendored operation. Even process and strategy corporate roles being vendored and there are vendors with licensed areas or licensed Allstate employees will be lifted and shifted from Allstate employees to employees of the vendor. Also the offshore roles are being explored for cuts as vendors are cost savings over India and NI salaries as well. The next phase of Transformative Growth will make the 2020 cuts look like a walk in the park. Best to all impacted.
Can I ask where this 12k figure came from? Does seem alot.
ANI as another poster mentioned are v secretive but they have to report if no if redundancies are over a certain amount.
We will never know the true scale of it all unless the company publish the numbers as employees have been asked to sign an NDA if they want the highest redundancy package on offer. Personally I've heard from people in ATSC that have been let go and other areas that I would rather not say on a public platform as it would be easy enough to figure out who I would be speaking about and that would potentially jeopardise their redundancy offer.
I work in ANI and have heard nothing of layoffs. Having said that, the company run under fairly secretive policies and layoffs aren't publicised. Care to share which office/department?
We worried in India too in addition also. Much rumor about cuts here.
