Thread regarding Capital One layoffs

Why do we need so many layers of execs?

Our company has so many layers of executives who do nothing! Layoff at least two to three layers and leave the front line managers in their roles. Why do we need so many MVP, SVP’s, senior Directors, directions, etc. what the he-l do these people do?

I see Directors doing actual work/team coordination, but we don't need 32 layers of vice presidents.

That is right all these middle layers are incompetent, they just add bureaucracy and inefficiencies and make the organization very political. Cap1 should do what Meta did fired the middle manager to make the organization lean and efficient. Cap1 fired ADLs because big tech does not have them, learn about middle management also from them. Fire 50% of Directors and above level.
