All New England employees were terminated today with a last day of next Friday….what a bloodbath today has been!!!!

Get home from a brutally long Friday on the road to a message on my home answering machine that a company named “Driveaway” will be picking up my company car on Saturday between 9-12 and I MUST be home to sign some paperwork. Since when does Allstate control someone’s weekend? I find out Tuesday we’re being let go and they have to rush to get the car back. WTH, ge-z.

Absolute POWER MOVE. In other news they are dropping salaries for adjusters to 3/hr, expecting body shops and customers to virtually tip us for the excellent service we provide. A new “tip amount” field will populate when they access CCC or the customer claim view.
