Their greed and short term goals do not allow the company to grow. Can you even compare this place when you first started working here and now? Isn't it only a faint echo of what it once was?

It was a job with health benefits and at the time that is the only thing i cared about. When I left I had 3 million US dollars after infesting well and I said f DXC as I will never see a pay increase and the job wasn’t fun anymore.

So the message was "we've turned a corner and here comes growth"
Which is immediately followed by MASSIVE cost takeout in Q1. Really pushing hard, questioning everything to the point of simply stopping purchases (of things actually needed)
Not people in Q1 (guess thats Q2) but everything else.
Hoping I guess to lie about where the "growth" has come from.
Stop being such whimps , post on linkedin if you want Mr. Shoutly /Mad Mike and others to take notice.
