Is it just me or does it seem that most of the post feedback entries are soooooo vague that i dont even think that management even know what these people are even talking about. People need to remember, ALL of usaa reads it and your name is on it.

What does OP mean?
OP is talking about the internal feedback site on connect, not this website.
But yes, Wayne got rid of EJS because too many employees were speaking the hard truths, and he got upset. On EJS, you had anywhere from 15-20 post daily! Now, it’s maybe 1-2 a week at best. Wayne has been able to silence the employee, at least internally.

Not sure what you are implying but people don't want to doxx themselves on this website so of course you aren't going to get specific information such as maanger name, lob or even location.
