I wish that were true. Budgets for both have been slashed and future funding looks bleak.

After July 21 I think there will be serious talk about dividend cut. If that happens, it could be the end of T as we know it. Institutional investors will begin to flee and even Stank knows this. That's why he is pulling out all the stops on cost cutting. He's too incompetent to grown the business and this is the only way he knows how to satisfy the investors. Eventually the company will shrink into pieces that get sold off to the highest bidder.
