The jet is not rented out. Just ask all the employees that monitor it out of Fremont.

Registration paper (Nov18 - Nov21) on the wall in the flight deck confirms its the STX jet, instrument display shows its sitting at San Jose and since it spends its fair share of time in Hawaii, why not have Lonely Planets "Best of Hawaii" book in the forward cabin table.

The Seagate Plane is very much in use. It is ONLY used by the CEO and the CFO. If you look at the tail number and compare it to registered flight plans you will see that other than during covid, it has been used and will continue to be used extensively.
It is a $27M plane and the annual operating cost is $4M.
