Sounds about right from what I experienced.
I'm sorry, but how in the he-l did she ever make it into EMG? Oh wait, Amala brought her here. The confusion caused by the double-speak is immense!
Managers who do that are following the bad leader playbook. For them, it's about power, control, strategic manipulation, lack of communication, and propensity to overwhelm & stress that rank & file with a lack of vision or direction.
And once you're onto them, they switch things up with changing priorities and more ambiguity. What a vicious cycle to be in.
