Is there going to be a reorg in Legg's Org?

And not to mention that they'll claim the reorg makes more sense even if I was a reorg back the way it was before the previous reorg.
How many times have they switched from having sales reps be informed on every product to having experts on each product? One camp will say customers don't want to deal with multiple reps and the next will say customers want specific details on each product.
No. All will stay the same for decades as Legg org is like a solid steel rock in a middle of a fairy world. Btw, what does the answer mean for you? What can you deduce from it for your career?
Yes. Yes there will be. And there will be multiple reorgs. They may happen very soon, or they may happen a year from now.
But if recent history has taught us anything, particularly during the Stink era, is that T will engage in an endless series of reorgs regardless of necessity. Why? Because it gives the top brass the illusion that they're being proactive and setting some sort of strategy for the business, but mainly because each and every reorg comes with a layoff, and T will need to continue to layoff staff as long as Stink is in charge. Unfortunately, his incompetence comes with a cost in real dollars (so far over $150 Billion and counting!) and laying off staff is the only way he knows how to mitigate that.
So yes. After this clusterfrog of hubs and RTO is over there will be reorgs, layoffs, and a variety of other morale-ki-ling insults placed on the employees.
You'll never be safe from pointless nuisance and layoffs because of astonishing top-executive incompetence while at T. Never.
