All of zone let go. Our final day of current work is 7/12 and then we are in career workshops for 6 weeks until officially being severed. They said some of us may be moved to a WNS for working in that whatever that is instead of severance.

I work in claims this is BS - no LDU layoffs. Gossip is about the only thing the people in the claims department are good at developing these days and there is none on that topic outside of this website.
Is LDU the area of claims that never returns phone calls? Oh wait, that is the entire claim department! Whine on losers. This should have been done years ago.

I figured with all the training material we were tasked to create for the incoming vendors regarding claims that this was right around the corner. I would anticipate more impacts to claims areas based on the training and resource material that we have been creating.
LDU is Liability Determination Unit. Auto claims without injuries, where liability needs to be determined.
