About time they clean up claims. If they did the job correctly the first time wouldn’t be dragging supplement after supplement that a waste of time and money. That’s why company loses money.
You are full of cr-p that claims was weakest link. For decades, it was sole reason for combined ratio well under 100. Drive large profitability. Wake up and learn business, bozo.

Agreed. As a front line employee it is and has been so blatantly obvious that people do not want the cr-ppy service we are selling. 3rd party reps inspecting a customers most valuable asset then stringing them through the supplement process while their neighbors have staff reps doing it right the first time. Crazy that they are going elsewhere.
