Accenture "aid" is very, very expensive and can't garantee any particular benefit to the overall picture. The smart idea of our top management was to rationalize the processes and then let AI and automation do the rest (accenture was supposed to be just a stepping stone that in the end would have to just handle the IT).
But AIG is a mess, processes often Aren't clear at all, complicated to understand also for normal humans let alone for programmers that are supposed to code them (pun intended).
Moreover, AIG and Accenture have opposite goals, the more AIG spends the more Accenture earns, how the he-l can they be aligned???? Sure, you read that chatGPT is capable of writing articles and generate great ideas but it's all bullsh-t, it's just a fast Copy/past of stuff taken from the internet with no control on the final output, it's still a long time to reach Terminator scenario.
So, at some point things will stop working. Look at Twitter, if you fire thousands of people from a Company that underperform blaming them for the results instead that the management, reality will come back to kick you where it hurts
