I was transferred to a vendor a few months ago and still work for allstate but just not directly. These vendors are bad. Nothing against the foreign workers but they don't understand insurance and English is their second language. Allstate just wants the cheapest contracts with vendors. The quality of service customers get is a huge downgrade and allstate knows that. There is no such thing as job security at allstate unless your at the top like Tom Wilson

Let them get their customers from a vendor. I cancelled mine after the 2020 purge.
Policies included 3 cars, home, umbrella, boat and auto club. I also got many more folks to cancel….
It was a great day although I felt bad for the agent.
Cancelled mine and advise everyone I come across to do the same.
Premium is lower and I have a local claim rep w my new carrier. Love em!
