Applying CN lol. Like finding it when it’s not there, the true Allstate way. Just a d-mb approach. Let’s try to save a few pennies on the liability call and push the person to an attorney. Allstate really got stupid when they got McKinsey involved in their strategies.
What zones of LDU?
The team approach to LDU claims is still being piloted in one zone only. It has not rolled out to all LDU zones,and most likely won't be for several more months.

I am not surprised about LDU. They switched over to a teams concept, working tasks versus individual accountability at the beginning of June Basically, you worked tasks as they came into your bank. Like with Processor work, it makes it easier to roll the work to Pune. I am not optimistic how this works for customers.
Applying some comp neg, once in a while, may have averted this situation. What percent of claims now have comp neg applied?
