truth in the original post - a lot of noise not a lot of movement - if the company is so bad, then leave. Plenty of other options - life is too short to be miserable.

No one gave you the permission to move in the first place. That was silly on your part.
I don’t think anyone is scared. In fact, they already made the change…to a different city or as a remote worker. Yet, the rug was pulled from underneath them. Change is now coming at a slower rate due to economy.
