Anyone have background information on the casetext acquisition?

They will destroy Casetext just like they destroyed other acquisitions like Confirmation.
Well TR always buys instead of building. What is funny is that case text mostly uses an existing model, what sets it apart mostly is nice UX. So TR buying case text is basically saying we are incapable of building anything ourselves even when the models are already out there for them (and others)to use and build on top of them..
