Showing up is not a sign of commitment or contribution. It's an act of compliance.
What matters is the value people create, not the place they inhabit.
I’m back in the office and doing less than I ever did before the a--hats took my permanent WFH away.
Now that you mention it, some of the most intense fear mongering does happen while talking to others in the office. So going in keeps us docile and clear on who is in charge of our lives.
So add value and stop bi--hing. If WFH was running smoothly, productively, and without a hitch RTO wouldn't be a thing. But here we are ..
