DXC have a performance review system for non sales employees with no compensation behind it. How do they think that encourages people to meet their goals?

Why do the analysts on the quarterly earnings calls never challenge the company about their lack of financial investment in their employees. Shameful.
A billion in share buy back and not a penny invested in regular non sales employees. Oh sorry those top 5% got a small bonus. Utter non sense

It is even worse: Exec team gets 200% bonus for 5% overachievement of the targets they defined themselves!

Mr Modi the Indian PM personally came to see Mike on his recent trip here to make sure the Indian folks got thier raises even if it meant others were excluded from thier raises to pay for it.
