lets flatten the hierarchy - let graphics senior manager and directors work as individual contributor
Lets all report to senior director or VPs. Graphics is fat organization. We can layoff few more people.

Get rid of H1B and fake managers ST, MT, CL, PL
The problem is that senior managers and directors have completely forgotten how to be an I.C., and it's better to just lay them off instead of someone that's already an effective I.C.
You can layoff 40% of Intel and there will be not any difference OP.
