New Dynamic Schedule

Any word on when the new dynamic schedule will be released for September? The 900 SMT bldg is completely full each week and that’s with less than half of the full staff located at SMT. Some have said the powers at be for each organization are battling about a new requirement. Anyone hear anything?

Anyone who believes anything on this board is a dope. It's just one week. No one is discussing anything else.

If any business unit opts for a 4 day in office requirement every week they will find employees adopting a four day work week policy. This is how you get people to coast.

Hearing some BUs are considering making everyone come back 4 days a week every week. Others are looking at 2 weeks/month 5 days. Seems it may just depend on which BU you work for going forward.

We've been hearing in Boston that in the fall Abby is looking to go 50%. The word is it will be one week five days in a row and then the other three weeks you get to choose your 5 days. The people making the decisions must have au pairs to help get their kids off the bus on those random days. Good luck finding a conference room at 50%.
