All CSL’s will begin transitioning to Concentrix in 2 weeks. Not a good feeling with that and my CSL thinks it means she’s gone in a month or so.

Allstate employees hundreds of CSLs ( claim service leader ) in the claim department. Can you expand on what ones you heard were being moved

The OP is partially correct. This with the CSLs is happening but NOT in two weeks. Late this year or early 2024 is the actual timeline.
