It seems like most affected so far are management positions. Is there anyone on here affected in a non management position? Also what wave will non management teams be hit in?

All the time like clockwork, sometime around the 15th day at the end of each quarter. Contractual dates. March 15th, June 15th, next up Sept 15th and then Dec 15th. My number came up around Sept 15 2020.
Whose year? CWA or AT&T?
If you are reading this. Terms of non-management bargained for contract have already been negotiated with leadership. 2024 will be their year of reckoning.
As mentioned below, nonmanagement happens more frequently and with higher numbers. There have been initiatives to reduce management before through offerings of "early retirement" that account for a lot of management attrition. And there have also been smaller numbers of management layoffs. This is the first time (in a while?) that it's large scale and more forced vs voluntary.
Yes. The majority of cuts this year will be management. A number of non management separation packages are significantly more than non management. The company doesn’t want to declare non management surplus to avoid paying them separation pay, so plan to allow attrition to address non management headcount and won’t backfill them.
All the time, appears you aren’t an employee. There are quarterly announcements for non-management like clockwork. Current one surplussed 151 positions in the D3 - SE, sure many more across the other districts. The big layoff will be when the MOA ends next year for outside titles, WT/PT, OPT, ST, FT and DT.
