nope. no pressure to change, shareholders happy with profits being wasted on endless share buybacks, senior leadership happy with ridiculous unjustified compensation packages, and while their professional reputations are totally trashed why would any care as this is their last gig. competitors happy as DXC does nothing to stop the ongoing shrinkages and loss of market share. customers resigned to seeing out existing contracts mainly around keeping lights on for legacy environments. DXC staff very unhappy, yet another year without pay rises but then those that have marketable skills have already left and the rest are quiet quitting through to retirement.
as long as this can continue for another 4-5 years until DXC is simply too small to be relevant then most are happy.
