After the death spiral we've been in, I think that's the only way to improve things around here. Even if it comes with layoffs and I'm among those who are sent packing, I'll deal. I just want to see the C-suite shown the door as well for ruining a once great company. Is that too much to ask for?

If they were bought, there would be more sorting and disposing of overlapping employees.
the only part of USAA I could see get sold off is their banking product but with the active consent orders and other regulatory hits the last few years it would be a tough sale
