They aren’t “starting with telecommuters”. That would be whole teams plus quite a few seniors. People who are resentful of RTO love to say that though to make themselves feel better on their commute.

Vague yes, but it would not surprise me at all. I would welcome it personally. I'm confident the company would save a lot of money by getting rid of me. I'm a solid performer from reviews but I know the writing is on the wall.
What is the package offered?
