EES Anyone? Really???

At a time when the company is gasping for air and looking for every penny to double down on IDM2.0 because the almighty calling?

Doing this by selling investments, cutting costs, laying off, suspending profit sharing & raises, consolidating labs/floors, reducing 401K match, selling off buildings, the list goes on and they are doing employee experience survey as if business as usual???? Scratching their heads why the scores were so abysmal???
Really??? Wake up HR…please!!!

I’m struggling to understand why we are wasting so many collective calories in the trenches reviewing this data and making each FLM and second level manager and eventually director and VP create some “plan” to improve these scores when 99% of what is going on is not within any of these people’s control.

It’s Intel and it’s finest, executing processes whether it makes sense or not. Rey stupid ARs.
