At a time when the company is gasping for air and looking for every penny to double down on IDM2.0 because the almighty calling?
Doing this by selling investments, cutting costs, laying off, suspending profit sharing & raises, consolidating labs/floors, reducing 401K match, selling off buildings, the list goes on and they are doing employee experience survey as if business as usual???? Scratching their heads why the scores were so abysmal???
