They are bound to cut some grunts and maybe a few managers due to the falling bottom line.

Cash flow reaching critical points as customers move to other carriers. Managers striking a dire tone regarding the current state of the corporation.
There are no real answers as it is too late to move on from transformative growth as it has come too far. The service infrastructure is decimated so it cannot go back resembling anything that it was prior. The only option is to keep raising rates and keep cutting staff to rest to restore some semblance of profitability.
The ONLY want to change course is to change leadership and bring in a new vision outside of this mess.

What a dumpster fire and sh!t show this company has become. A laughing stock in the industry. Transformative Growth is a proven epic failure and lost cause. The ivory tower is full of unintelligent useless goons with no business sense and no worth as business professionals. Another quarter of spiraling into the abyss with more business and value losses. But with more deflections, excuses, and spins on the many customers lost and money lost. More layoffs and more senseless restructuring and vendoring out. No real way to turn this doomed ship around.
