Lots of talk about "reorg" and "going to look very different" but they did not show the damn thing! Said it could take until October or early next year to see how it shakes out. What was concerning was the squirming done by the 2 useless leaders. (S & S) Comments such as, "those who upskill will find a place in the new org or in another company". Huh??? Lots of talk about, "improve your skill set so you can help your chances here or elsewhere." More talk about "Layoffs are inevitable". Ok . . thanks for the heads up id--ts. What I don't get is all this talk about how Allstate is failing yet the id--ts making these decisions keep their jobs! How is this for a Transformative Growth idea, lose the $$$$ decision makers who keep driving the company into the ground.

I wonder which LRN courses Tom and Mario are taking?- I wonder how their adherence is? How about their RPH’s? Do they even know what Workfkow tool is!?
"Upskill" is the new "Transformative Growth" talking points. We have been told for a few months now that those who upskill themselves will be part of the retained org while those who don't are likely to see themselves shifted over to a vendor/supplier and out of Allstate.
AES is the new name for ATSV.
