It looks like all R & D in XCO is out.
The group manager had a meltdown during group meeting.
Either he's out july 3 or we all are.

There's nothing to R&D anymore really except for cost reduction initiatives.

Meltdowns are always fun if you’re not the one having it. XCO is Longmont I presume.
