Thread regarding ConocoPhillips layoffs

Internship and employment

I too am interested in how many interns generally become classified as employees at the end.
Someone already asked this in one of the threads below, but it seems that no one really has an estimate?

Very few stay over 3 years if they do accept our offer.

50% to 100% of the engineering interns depending on the year.

Plenty get offers.
Not many accept.

In my unofficial survey, I would say its closer to 20% get an offer. Now the actual acceptance rate I dont know but seems like that 20% is closer to the target.

Take this with a grain of salt as I am not intimately involved in the intern program

About 1 in 10 most years.
Except when we rescind the offers.
Most go to other full time work. We’re seen as a “practice” company by many schools/students if you ask them for their honest opinions.
