Are more layoffs coming? What about departments like HR, Marketing, Finance, etc?

My guess is that in 30 days they’ll layoff more. I’m assuming they laid off less then, but close to 50 CA employees to avoid the 60-day WARN notice. I don’t believe the deal-in-progress with the VC that agreed to buy them exempts them from the notice, but I’m pretty sure less than 50 in a 30 period does. So I could see them wait a month for the next round.
