Thread regarding Dell Inc. layoffs

Dell is not a 'great place to work'

Dell is not a 'great place to work', count yourself lucky if you got yourself a package and you can now focus on what is ahead of you in your life (which you can control).

For the people left at Dell, i dont know if thats a good thing or a bad thing, as you will all be forced to continue to work in this matter with HIGHER numbers, less people and resources to help you and as the saying goes 'doing more with less'.

The less is more of a life outside of dell, less time with your family, less times you will be smiling everyday and overall less quality of life!

Well said, @qeb+1nZv0GQz.

I love the way they waited until the strong-armed "Tell Dell" (complete BS) survey was out of the way...

Executives make more in a year than employees could make working their from 18-67 years old. They don’t understand or care about you.

This is not news. Dell has never been a good place to work.

Dell when it was a private company was great. Now that it is back to being public it's a return to layoffs, nepotism, and not caring about retaining quality talent or customers, just about what makes the company look the best to shareholders.

Dell has always been a doom and gloom place. They don't ever try to make you feel secure.
