What kind of packages are people seeing these days? It is the standard 2 weeks per year of service? Or has that changed?

How does US Bank notify you when you get laid off? Do they send an email to your work email account? Does your manager call you? Just wondering.
Well the original poster was right about layoffs this week in TOS. Its just how long you stay on and when your last day is. Some stay on through September.

Announcements are starting to go out to people today about layoffs, including end date and severance packages.
As other posters have mentioned, the mass layoff will be in October because that is when they align the Union Bank people with USBank pay and title.

You will get a big bonus for saving so much labor cost. It will be a huge win and you can put that on your resume that you cut expenses at UISBank by 50 percent
Most employees would volunteer to be laid off. Here's hoping those who realize this company is garbage gets an option to be laid off.
