I’m grade 7. Got an offer from Nvidia with base pay which is on par with my Intel base + QPB + APB assuming bonuses are maximized. Also got 250k NVDA RSU as entry bonus, while at Intel I have ~70k and in the last round INTC gave ~20k…

What does "assuming QPB+APB are maximized" mean? The last QPB given was about a day, the ones going forward should be on the same scale given the projected state of things.
@1znu Even if you ARE in MFG or IFS, consider that things will get harder and harder as cost cutting continues.
if compensation is better, why still need to think so much ?
If you're not in manufacturing or IFS, yes, you should leave.
$250K RSUs (+ yearly refreshers) with decent wlb !!! However, this seems to be a low end TC at NVDA for Gr7. Man I am depressed about myself. I won't make that much even after 2 promotions even though I am slogging more than some Gr8 ICs.
Your hourly wage will tank… because you will never work harder. N is no country club.
Nvidia to the moon, Intel is the titanic
Ask on blind for more reasonable responses.
My personal opinion is that you will have more growth opportunities at Nvidia. Don’t just look at tcomp.
Take a longer career view.
No-growth companies are a zero sum game and very difficult to advance in those.
Yes, you should go to Nvidia and be Intel's double agent! Their losers are now corporate VP and directors at Intel today. We can surely send our losers over their.
Clearly this is a troll post.
(Just think about it)

Cuz my current bosses are trying to persuade me Intel is recovering and they will be able to give more comp.

What do mean by liar?
If you had that offer, why you hesitant on taking it?
Do you even have to ask? Bruh ...
Liar.
No brainer.
